Account verification

To place backorders or participate in our auctions, you need a verified account. Follow these steps to verify your account:

1. Download and complete out the Verified Bidder application form (PDF, 149kb)
   
   
2. Photograph any government-issued color photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s license
   
   
3. Open a support ticket and submit the Verified Bidder form along with a copy of your photo ID

Your application will be processed within two business days. The personal information collected is used solely for fraud-prevention purposes. For details on how we handle user data, refer to our privacy policy.
